Disappointed with Nedbank

I deposited my money on my old nedbank credit card on the 21/07/2023 and i call Nedbank to assist i was advised that my query is sent to the administrator the money will show after 48 hour still today no money. When i called on Wednesday i was told Mr Naidoo is not at work to transfer the money. If someone is not at work business stop business so big its shocking.
