Disappointed With Nedbank Branch In New Germany

On the 7th of July 2021 I went to New Germany Nedbank atm to deposit money into my credit card I deposited money and it didn't reflect on my credit card as a payment or money that was deposited. Its going for over 2 months and nedbank refuses to assist me. I'm highly angry 😠😡😤😒and disappointed, they are not acknowledging me as a client I have been to the branch in New Germany and no help. I am very upset 😡😒😕
