Disappointed with Nedbank

Their service is so so bad they have blocked my account with no valid reason . I have called and called even went to the two branches today all I get is they investigating my account for what only they know. The funny part it had not funds in it when they blocked it and they delinked my app they do not even have the decency of communicating with me why my account is blocked , I recieved funds in that account day after they blocked my account to release my money it is a hassle. I'm really ****ed off with Nedbank and I want to close both my account they should just refund my money then we part ways . How on earth someone decides to hold my money for almost a week now for no good reason.
