Disappointed service

I sent a cash send on the 2nd April. The person did not receive any notification. I was speaking to an online agent Thandeka. But did not receive a suitable response. I was charged as it was processed and notification sent. Yet the person did not receive anything I had to go and pay them cash which was out of my way. A lousy R12 Nedbank does not want to credit me... Disappointed service
