Disappointed - new client

I went to Nedbank yesterday to sign documents for my Nedbank professional account. I had my kids documents with me and requested if it would be possible to open my kids accounts at the same time. He asked a manager - who agreed. We went down to the the lady to open the accounts, who you could see did not want to do it, when she needed authorization her manager (I think) came.... While I am sitting there talking amongst themselves in their own language. She then asked for me to go see another lady ( who was busy with another client) but before then introduced me to another person to do my internet banking(which according to my banker - he would do)..... Once done... I sat there waiting when another employee(no idea who) said the system is offline and they will not be able to assist....I told him that is bad and you should not be saying that to a new client. I called my banker (since no one bothered asking anything but were happy the systems were offline) and said what is going on. To open 2 simple accounts I need to see so many people... This is definitely not professional banking... I have never been asked before to go from pillar to post at a bank.... My banker came with a manager and said we will do it manually... And guess what went to the same lady that told me to go to another lady.... Eventually there were 4/5 people trying to do this while I was seated in another cubicle... I walked out... Why should I stay with this bank if this is how it is going to work I did not even start banking and there are all these problems. There is no communication, I filled out a form or two twice. It is sad to say you all work for one company but it seems like you all work against one another or lack communication. The banker did send a WhatsApp and say he will take it up with the bank manager... No communication received from the branch manager.... The banker did call me after I said I will take it further. The banker said he will come with the sales manager to personally deliver the cards... My question is why does it have to come to this? Really contemplating whether I should just go to another bank
