Disappointed Nedbank client with Nedbank Personal Loans

I am a client with Nedbank for over 20 years. It was my very first personal account I opened. I have my homeloan account and car finance with them. I call them for a better interest rate on a personal loan to better ABSA and they can't make a better offer. You think your bank will take you seriously as a client and provide the best service however Nedbank does not provide such services like they used too.
