Disappointed misled information.

Good day.

I want to lodge a complaint against Nedbank for falsely leading us into a disbelieve and disappointment for buying a home. We bought the home according to the bank information about the registration of the amount and now we are not getting any feedback from the bank. We were miss informed about the re-advance on the registered amount of our home. Now we are regretting that we did the sale through Nedbank, because of the poor performance and help we got. They said we can get the extra amount of money on the registered amount and now our application is denied because of other reasons.

We are so disappointed. Wish we had gone with another bank.
