Disappointed in the service from Nedbank!!!

I am utterly disappointed at the service that we have received at Nedbank Mabopane. We have opened a society account at Nedbank and we have been using it for more than 10 years !!!Recently we have decided to change the people who can make withdrawals because they have been commiting *****ulent activities on the account ,now we have been sent back countless times without any valid explanation because we have the necessary documents and it costs us a lot of money in order to come to the bank with everyone , please assist !!!!
