Disappointed in Nedbank MFC

Contacted the collections department because i was retrenched. They asked for documents to be sent, which i did. Then nothing. It is now 2 weeks and they are ignoring my emails. I emailed them numerous times to find out what is happening. They do not respond at all. I phoned them, but the person I spoke to seemed uneducated and said that I must wait. Nothing is happening. It is not like this is something that can take it's time.
