Disappointed in Nedbank - MFC

In October I was advised that if I change banks from FNB to Nedbank I will receive R200 cash back every month for the duration of my finance period with MFC.... I have not received this once into my account..

When I phone in I keep getting consultants who can't assist... They put me on hold for 10 minutes just to come back and tell me that they will get someone to contact me... Weeks come and go and I get no response.. Lack of service across the board... Problems with my cheque account and credit card... And I just can't get assistance.. Staff needs training and ALOT of it...
