Disappointed in Nedbank

what is being done about Nedbank online banking electricity services that you cannot buy over a damn weekend or flippen public holiday!!!! i am getting really damn ****ed off here with this ****!!!!!!!!!!!! i have to every time wait for my electricity token on a weekend to show in the week. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ASAP!!!! this is the worst thing ever. i live far from a shop and i dont have a car so whats the damn point in having internet banking if you cannot even buy krag!!! this is bull**** please sort this out that i can have my damn electricity token immediately over a weekend. now i must sit without krag because some blady idiot decided to change that. this is pathetic to say the least. and Nedbank used to be number one not any more. becoming just so full of **** like fnb
