Disappointed in Nedbank ***** department

I used to bank with Nedbank but now they blocked my account and open a ***** case since 12 December 2025 and it's still pending. They send me an email to tell me 6 to 9weeks but still nothing after I send them proof and everything of the 270rand that was paid into my account, they asked for proof I send it to them, I really don't understand why they taking so long with this case, it's a 270rand not millions of thousands
