Disappointed

Poorest service i have ever had at this branch. Got to the branch 09h00 waited over 40 min to collect a card ( noting that only 5 other people was in the bank with me for other related matters). NO management or manager on the floor or even in the bank. two consultants helping one client. may have revamped the branch but the staff needs work on professionalism dress codes dont include thorn jeans.
