DISAPPOINTED

1. i sent an emailrequest 3 days ago for statements of payments made and current outstanding balance for my loan acc, NO RESPONSE 2. call complaints department and speak with Thozama who makes me go through stupid security checks over and over 3. makes me ask her if she requires additional info due to the long silence 4. eventually she lets me know she will be sending me the statements i requested, i.e. May 2024- Date - she confirmed the dates 5. what does she send me March - June 2024 6. Why do i have to ask for this - why does she then tell me you see on the money App, don't assume i have the app! 7. Honour my request and make sure you send me monthly statements!
