Disappointed

Nedbanks Home assist Department that has a sub contract with Digicall is pathetic. I have been in contact with their so called Team Leader Tasneem Steyn to assist me with issue that I have and her service delivery and customer service is pathetic. I've never has issues with Nedbank until I've had to deal with her. Very disappointed.
