Hi Nedbank Home Loans.

It was such a pleasure when I took up my home loan through Nedbank the first time. The staff were friendly, easy process, well informed. I was also kept in the loop. So a year later I enquire about my HomeLoan, and I get news to say that the bond wasn't registered at the amount that we discussed. I ask for the original paperwork and no one can provide it to me, I feel ****** and disrespected that I have to make contact with the bank all the time, in hope that he replies, His assistance also makes me feel like he is doing me a Favour. I am really upset with the service and the level of professionalism,
