Disappointed customer.

So last year I was ****med for 25.000 from a guy I met on Facebook. Which needed me to take a loan to pay back my brother who the money belonged to. So I took a loan from finchoice which was the biggest mistake I made the finchoice loan is a 12 month flexi meaning I pay R3500 every month so I'm left with nothing buy the 25th.so I have asked Nedbank to pay off my finchoice and IL pay Nedbank over a longer period so the installments are less and Nedbank refuses to loan me the money yet I paid of the loans I owed to them Nedbank. The thing that breaks my heart is that I have been banking with these people for over 10 years but now that I need help Nedbank being my bank cannot help me. I'm so desperate Iv actually been considering killing myself because I'm unable to make ends meet due to this finchoice loan. My heart is just broken that after all these years Nedbank rejected me when I desperately need them. I don't even know what to do my dad got diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer and I'm the only sibling who works I have to take care of my dad I earn 7.500 and 3.500 goes to finchoice how do I live. I don't know what to do 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
