Disappointed customer

I extremely disappointed with nedbank.i called in to have my acc closed according to the agent my acc was closed that was 18/06 .after that was receiving sms to say my acc needs to be rectified to my surprise when I called again in August the agent told me it's not closed .I have not received any help the acc has - balance so today I received sms saying I wil handed for judgment. Not happy at all with they service.
