Disappointed customer
Dissapointed with Nedbank. I reached out on the 13 th of January regarding a sensitive matter and to date nothing no feedback no nothing but quick to say on the site to reach out to them... Im moving my banking if this is the service.

16 Jan 2025, 15:07Still waiting for feedback from Nedbank.. How ridiculous is this? I wouldn't not recommend Nedbank to anyone. I am changin banks! Maybe i will get better help from a different bank
