Disappointed client

I'm utterly appalled with how Nedbank has treated me as their customer. I received a phone call to do a loan application on the 17th of April 2025, everything was done and completed, offer received, debi check accepted but on Nedbank's side the Debi check was cancelled. I've been calling everyday to enquire,agents told me the matter has been escalated to IT and has not been resolved. 5 days later no show, no funds no explanation!
