disappointed client

I am so disappointed, I requested an update on my banking details but it was not updated, and now a debit order went off from an account that I no longer use, I sent an email to *** but clearly, she did not do her job. I have called several times but no help, and I spoke to a very rude consultant, Dumazile who insulted me by saying she is going to explain to me in Isizulu clearly I do not understand what she is saying in English. I really can't wait to finish paying for this car I have heard enough with MFC now it will seem as if I am not interested in paying for my vehicle. Can I urgently get a call back this is unprofessional
