Disappointed

I've been with nedbank for years but am so disappointed in them lately, my son closes his account with them and I am close to doing the same, I had ***** on my account apparently something I have subscribed to which I did not and they don't stop the money going off, they stop my card and I am now struggling to use the new one, called half a dozen times and had to useh credit card for daily expenses and now have to pay interest because my master card is still not working, I'm currently in the bank waiting over 30 min in a que that is not moving, pathetic
