Disappointed

I am at nedbank mall of Africa what this guy who is entering people here is doing is disgusting. To my understanding we all know rules regarding covid and how every customer must be treated the same. I am still standing outside cause the guy refused that I enter the branch cause of the way I responded to him. What a mess. The first couple that entered the branch before us was allowed to wait for each other signing while they were inside but when it was our turn we had to be separated and I was told to go out. Can you imagine waking up in the morning to make sure you early for the bank and someone comes and becomes rude like that. Atleast if he did the same with the other guys I was going to understand and if he asked nicely. My point is if we apply rules let them apply to everyone and we all treated the same. Don't undermine other people and respect other ones.
