Disappointed

It's very frustrating to find out that the only branch of yours in Pretoria North is closed. And you don't have any nearby branches, except Wonderpark or Kollonade. This is ridiculous. Not only are your monthly services high, now I must travel kilometers just to get to a branch of face 2 face services. Do you thing transport or fuel is cheap? Travel 15km ro stand in a que for a hour just for a stamp on my documents. This crazy. I'm closing my account month end. I can't pay service fees and still travel kilometers for service. You should think of your client before you just close a central branch of n community. Especially if it's the ONLY branch in the area.
