Disappointed by poor service

Disappointed... I received a poor service from Nedbank, I app**** for a personal loan on Monday the 7th of Oct, they asked for supporting docs of which I submitted on Tuesday, when I asked for the progress of my loan application they said it's at the back office. I ended up cancelling that loan application because how can they take 3 days to decide if they want to give me R5K imagine... they wasted my time, I couldn't have went to other financial institutions. what confuses me more is that I app**** for the same amount in April and paid before the term ended even...I was considering moving to them but I wont...
