Disappointed by My bank once again

First i app**** for a bank homeloan and was told i qualified and the papers will be processed and i must wait for feedback but all looked well. Until today i am still waiting for their response they promised me, they did not even have the decency of informing me if i was accepted or not. such a shame cause i ended up being funded by another bank that i do not use at all, well decided to forgive them. Last week my husband goes to the bank as he is filling deposit slips someone somehow *****s his phone and as soon as he realized he asks for footage to be checked and he was told that the lady who deals with this staff is busy and wont be able to help him he needs to come following day. seriously the branch was about to close and no peoplel so what was she busy with!!!! in the morning we get there the same lady who was busy is telling us to go to the police to open a case before she can assist us. Are u for real!!!! and she just had no compassion what so ever so many things been going wrong with this bank of lately and they don't care. i think i am gatvol really just need to move on now i think its about time. IM HOWEVER SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH THE MONTCLAIR BRANCH
