Disappointed, bank with no heart and feelings.

I am deeply sadden by your service, me and my family are going through a tough time and Nedbank still deside to kick us when we down. You debited our acount when u were not supposed to you took our money out of our kids mouth and now we are struggling to get our money back. You quick to take but very slow to give back. After this whole thing is over we will move both our accounts to a different bank. Im so upset
