Disappointed

I'm so disappointed with Netbank , I got retrenched in October I submitted all my documents for my loan insurance, i was told the turn around time will be 3 weeks because of the backlog , it's been 3 months today, still no feedback when I call or email I'm responded by rude consultant.

I've never missed a payment on my loan but I know you guys won't even think twice before handing me over when the debit order fails.
