Disappointed and very angry at Nedbank

Regarding P***.

I have two home loans with Nedbank one property in Durban North and the 2nd property in Phoenix.

In 2018 I requested for the insurance on my Durban North property to be cancelled. Which was done as per my request, but as of 2018 Nedbank Home owners insurance admin department also cancelled the insurance on my Phoenix, which is not what my letter stated.

I tried logging a claim yesterday 12th April 2022 as my Phoenix property was flooded, to my surprise there was no policy.

What really gets on my nerves, is that every year I get emails and SMS's from Nedbank asking to confirm my insurance for the third party policy, and there be no insurance Nedbank will implement there own insurance. Which Nedbank did not even do.

I have still not heard form Nedbank, as of 11h25 13th April 2022.
