Disappointed and my name ruined

I am so so so disappointed to Nebank, thinking that it is a reputable company. I have made arrangements wrt my personal loan and yet you hand over to your stupid lawyers who persistently call and text me with threats. I have proof of the arrangement letters you gave me....now what ****ies me off is that I wanted to apply for car finance for my birthday - I was told Nedbank has my name on judgement - what kind of company are you - I think I have to move my accounts over to ABSA as they showed that they are the best bank to trust.

Please remove my name from ITC and tell your ERASMUS and the others to stop calling my number. Worse off all it is not just ERASMUS who calls and text me - it's a whole lot of attorneys - why....why ...why...
