Disappointed and frustrated

I don’t understand why it takes days to transfer money from one account to another. I have been waiting for funds to be transferred from the Moneymobi wallet (which apparently is no longer available, I don’t understand why it’s not removed if it no longer exists) I was promised it would take 24-48 hours on Friday 2nd January, but I am still waiting. The funny part is that it took seconds when I transferred it into the mobi wallet, but 1. I cannot transfer it back by myself and 2. It takes 24-48 hours.

I have logged a complaint but I still have not been contacted by anyone
