Disappointed and frustrated

It’s unfortunate that creditors in South Africa think that everyone gets a bonus in December. This narrow minded way of thinking will be the end of us. Nedbank debited my bank account twice and on both occasions money went off my bank account, and now that I’m trying to reach out to resolve the issue I can’t get hold of anyone because they’re on leave. At this point I won’t have enough to buy basic things for the remainder of the month into January. Why would they compromise us like this? Am I supposed to borrow money from people because of their mess up? HelloPeter if you can reach someone from this bank please ask them to call me and urgently reverse the second debit amount.
