Disappointed Again!

Have payment arrangements with Nedbank? Don't trust them. Even when you pay and keep your end of the arrangment they will go ahead and deduct large amounts of money from your account. You will be left with the frustration and costs of phoning for hours on end to sort it out and get a refund. Even after being assured it will never happen again, surprise, they do it again. I have never been so disappointed in a bank as I have been by Nedbank.
