Disappointed!

I've been banking with Nedbank for over 15 years. Never had a problem up until they changed my account without my ok. They started charging me for 3 cards when I only had 1 credit card with them. They adjusted my credit card in order to add extra charges without letting me know. They are supposed to be the innovative bank, whee their processes are supposed to be easier, applying for a limit increase was such a mission and even when I complained, I waited 2days for feedback and ended having to call them myself for someone to help. Very disappointed because I had such high regard for this bank.
