Disappointed

Can someone please clarify this for me . I went to the bank to cash out and investment I was told it takes 32 days . I went to cash out on it on the 30.10.2023 now it's the 6th Dec way passed 32 days now the consultant I spoke to said we might get monies towards end of Dec I don't really understand can someone contact me to explain I'm definitely not waiting for end of Dec. Your urgent response is needed
