Disappointed

So I went to Mt Fere NEDBANK ATM doing a withdrawal , bank just closed. Tried calling one of the staff members to come assist to atleast log a quiry for me. She said I must wait for 10 minutes it was be reversed. After that didn’t happen tried speaking to them explaining. Their manager who was sitting at the office came out I thought she will ask her to help instead no she was there to call her speak about whatever. The next thing whole branch is sitting eating take away. I understand it is 20th you guys got paid but respect for customer and some empathy. Imagine while you’re frustrated stranded the people who are supposed to help you are busy laughing chatting. It is end of day but sparing 5 minutes to help a customer wouldn’t have hurt them. Especially considering that it was Nedbank’s fault. To the NEDBANK Mt Frere Bhaca Mall do better
