Disappointed!!!!!

Nedbank consultants are really not helpful at ALL! I did an application on 25 May and everyday I call in and every consultant says they are escalating to the pay outs department but no one calls or gives you feedback. The service is really disappointing to say the least. There is never a team leader around as well when you call! Can this please be resolved
