Disappointed

I have a Savvy Account with Nedbank opened at the end of May 2020, They had a promotion running when I opened this account and that was the main reason of moving from FNB to Nedbank, By the end of June my my salary was switched , debit orders and still have a car finance with Nedbank, HOWEVER the R200 a month I have not received and that was the promo you were running, it said as long as I had a balance on my vehicle finance I would get R200 monthly . I have failed to get satisfying response from Abner Khumalo, he has stopped responding to my emails, I have sent an email to there complaints department on the 2nd of this month and no response from them.
