Disappointed

I like Nedbank cause they're very professional,but the Nedbank branches in Rusternburg have the poorest service it's very disappointing...everytime I have to go there you wait more than 2hrs to be assisted...right now I'm at Nedbank at Rusternburg Mall, they just told me that there's only 2 people working so we'll wait for long, meaning that I'll wait for more than 3hrs cause it's month end and there are long queues...
