Disappointed

*****ulent account was opened under my name or ID I reported this matter at tzaneen crossing mall branch requesting the account to be Blocked and closed immediately cause I don't remember having a personal account with nedbank while I was reporting this issue the person who was assisting told me there is a loan with nedbank which is also under my ID that is *****ulent and to my surprise this personal account with nedbank was not verified using fica and according to my knowledge an account can't be active without fica verification since I opened this case the is no response or update on what is going on with the case the last time I spoke to the investigator was on the 3 January 2023 at tzaneen crossing mall nedbank branch since I've been trying to get hold of the investigator by the name of bongani mahlangu I can't get hold of him or his manager since
