Disappointed

I recently had a frustrating experience with Nedbank. After paying off my credit card and requesting it be closed, I received a reference number. Despite this, three months later, I got a new credit card offer, and my old was still active. It accrued interest, damaging my credit score. Despite numerous calls, I faced long hold times and unhelpful responses. I advise caution with Nedbank, as their customer service needs major improvements, especially in handling requests affecting customers' finances.
