disappointed

I am interested in purchasing the Nedbank repossessed houses that I saw on their site as I desperately and urgently need a house ,however you need to download the offer to purchase document at fee of R35 I followed the instructions and did the payment , I then received an email stating that it is the OTP document but when I check the was no attachement. If Nedbank knows nothing about property seekers you better do something about it because people are paying that fee with the hope of receiving the document this will damaged Nedbank's name.
