Disappointed

Today I called Nedbank for a restructure however, I was told I cannot get a loan restructure because of 1 payment that was missed. The reason for my call was to make necessary arrangements beacuse I do not want not to pay for my loan but make payment arrangements for the future debit.

This is very disappointing because I want to pay my loan ,I am not running away from my financial crisis but it just seems like Nedbank does not want to assist.

First I sent an email with no response for such a big company to operate like this is very unprofessional.
