Disappointed

I'm very disappointed at the fact that I've been calling Nedbank since the 25th August 2021 every day to resolve my query. I spoke to numerous people and I've been getting the run around it's been over 2 weeks my query is not resolved I'm waiting for the back office to assist with my query but nothing is happening to this day I keep calling every single day and I'm going around in circles I'm very upset and feel that I'm not being made a priority and that my query is being ignored. I've been hearing that you guys had a system issue since August 2021 and it's not fair I've been calling to get my requests done and resolved if my query is not resolved today I will lose all hope in Nedbank as I've been a client since 2015 and never had this issues I need this resolved as a matter of urgency I will not longer allow turn around time or give you guys time as it's more then 2 weeks I've been begging you guys to resolve my query and help me I will not wait no more I'm really upset and disappointed with the service as I'm getting no help and no where. I want my query with reference number ***8 resolved today no exceptions and no more stories I don't want yo hear anything again of system issues it's not my problem I have given you guys more then enough time it's 10 September 2021 and I've been waiting since 25 August 2021 this is not in or ethical..
