Disappeared funds

R900 has disappeared from my Nedbank credit card, after fighting with a consultant who was adamant that I didn’t have the funds available in the first place, she told me that the money was now showing as a “pending transaction” and would take about 10 working days to clear. This is unacceptable as my month to date statement balances with all the transactions I have made. I have not been given an explanation as to why the money disappeared in the first place, I was just told to wait it out because it is showing as a “pending incoming transaction”, now I have deposited money into this account numerous times and it has never taken 10 working days for it to clear, now that the money disappeared and reappeared magically I am told it will take 10 WORKING days to clear. This is unacceptable and I demand an explanation of what happened to the funds. I was in the process of opening a savings account with Nedbank however I am now forced to look elsewhere because keeping my money with the bank doesn’t feel like a safe thing to do.
