disapointing service

Disappointed service with nedbank/mfc. Never continuesly missed a payment for my loan/car/credit card. I I needed a extra loan as I am helping out family, no conclusion, strait decline. and I know I can repay it Ive had 2 loans with nedbank. asked for a pay break of 2 month on my car. lots or red tape, no consideration no feedback unless I chase up.
