Disapointed im a new client and so so so sad

Im Very disapointed, i moved to Nedbank a view days back. My salary will be paid in to nedbank tomorrow but now im considering of changing that... This morning i tried to regsister my cellphone banking and then it totally suspended my online app.. I need to send money to my Kids ASAP but cant do anything.. i cant take off work to go to the bank :( i called the call centre they said they will call me back, i spoke to a very nice guy (John) and he really tried but nothing ... im so disapointed
