Disapointed and stressed

I owed them R168000 and they gave me discount to close my account of R100.008 and i paid it last month on the 20th and every time i ask for paid up letter i am taken up and down and i am still listed on ITC with no letter to proof that i paid it.I am very disappointed as i borrowed that money again to pay them .
