Disabled turned away by branch manager

Hi im so sad and disgusted by this, my dad has a bond with Nedbank for years now my dad is disabled and in his age he went to the Nedbank Branch in town center to pay his bond he then drew some cash out of there Nedbank atm , out came a ugly corroded R100 note it looks very bad I got pics and I still have the note,my dad then went back into the bank to tell the branch manager the branch manager said he cant do anything and my dad must go to the reserve bank :( my dad with his crutch got turned away , he has a disibilty how dare they turn him away.I thought that disabled people get helped especially at banks.
