Diplomat service
I didn't know that Nedbank has a diplomat counter. I & my 6 months old twins went to the bank today for account query. And my twins were giving me problems(crying ) when they called my number I told the what I came to do in the bank,then she told me to take a sit she'll do what I want then bring it. The stress went down , even the kids kept calm. They were happy that I gave them my attention.stopped crying. What an outstanding services.
